The War changed everything, but the biggest change was yet to come. Most of them get a clear answer, but some are conflicted. After The Choosing Ceremony, the contact between the members of one family from different Factions is forbidden. "Faction before Blood" they say, but how are you supposed to forget about someone, with whom you've spent your whole life? There are exceptions of course, but there is less and less of them made nowadays. Go on a journey with characters from different worlds, trying to find themselves and each other and answers to many questions they have. Can you love someone who is the complete opposite of you? Does it get easier over the years? What are you prepared to do for the ones you love? And most importantly, is it possible for two people, from two fundamentally different worlds, to trust and understand each other enough to fall in love? True love prevails..so they say.

(This poem was originally assigned as an "I Am" poem in one of my classes. We were supposed to stick to guidelines, but I hate guidelines so I did my own thing and put a twist on it.)
