Details! Point was, he definitely wasn't trying to show off to Kaeya. He was definitely just establishing his superiority over him in extra-curricular activities a̶n̶d̶ ̶d̶e̶f̶i̶n̶i̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶f̶a̶i̶l̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶i̶s̶e̶r̶a̶b̶l̶y̶. That is definitely why he joined this stupid school production. This better be worth his time, because Kaeya was winning 7-1 and was acting way too smug about it. ~ TLDR: chaeya highschool rivals(?) to lovers.
