Chained Stories

Book one of the Chain saga Paris walks quickly on the slippery-ice on her way to her flat. The frost had started to kiss her toes and fingers and she longed for the warmth of her house. A man holding a book-bag in one hand and an umbrella in the other walks in her direction, coming from the street her flat was on. He walks dangerously fast and he slips, his books spreading out all over the ice-covered street. Paris rushes over to him and asks, "Are you alright sir?" "Yes, thank you. I'm fine can't say the same about my books though." "No, i suppose not." Paris agrees and starts to gather up his books, the man makes no attempt to assist her in any way other than watching her intently. "Here you go." Paris says holding the mans books to him. "Thank you, well i better get going. Have a nice day." "Wait one more thing." The man said making Paris turn around and walk back the two steps she'd taken. Before Paris could say another word the man had injected her with a sleeping serum. Making her slip into darkness in a matter of seconds. "Now, we go home my princess." He whispered into her ear. Cara Michele was an angel. An angel who was changed to a werewolf. She was so kind, caring, supporting, loving, and a lot of others. She was the definition of an angel. She was always smiling, and helping people. Everyone loved her, except those who were jealous from her. She was adopted by her uncle and aunt, after her parents died. They treated her like their own daughter, and they didn't have the courage to tell her how her real parents died. They couldn't have any kid, so Cara was their escape from feeling depressed about it. Cara was the sweetest person alive. However, she wasn't lucky to have a sweet mate. At least that is what she thought, before knowing the whole truth. Her mate was a devil. He hated mates. He hated everything. He was so powerful. He was dominated in everything. He was the worst wolf ever. He was called the devil, because of his actions and his cold heart. Cara wanted a loving mate, but she got the opposite. She got a devilish mate, who was punished by the moon goddess before. He was punished by the death of his wolf. However, he used some stupid and dirty ways to get it back. He even made a deal with the queen of witches. He would give her a part of his powers, and she will get him his wolf, and be his faithful servant. What would happen when Cara realizes that the devil was her destined mate? Will she accept him or reject him? Even if she accepted him, Will he change for her? And if she rejected him, Will she get a second chance mate? Will the devil change for her? Of course not. Long ago, people were sacrificed to create gods. Or rather murdered and there corpses possessed. One of these was a small child, murdered by his family as a sacrifice in a time of famine. As they Die, a mask is placed on there face as mortals should not look upon the faces of gods. There corpse was taken over by a Dreamon.. yes, the child was Dream. Thing is, as long as there body was a puppet the victims soul was forced to wonder there soul chained by the same mask on there original body. Fast forward eon, Dream.. or rather the Dreamon continues the charade of Dream controlling the body and even its age ((Taken from my Raise the White Flag ideas))

In a world full of questions, I find myself looking for something more, something to hold me down, stop me from flying off the ground... silly right? Finding answers to her questions and the depth of life, will the depressed Leilani find the right one to chain her wings to their own. Maybe she's been looking in the wrong place, who knows?
