After the explosion incident (which the school insists was "a minor science malfunction" even though half the ceiling still smells like burnt hair), Jax, Sera, Toby, Max "Spork" Reynolds and the rest of the Chaos Club are officially on ice. And by thin ice, we mean: one toe out of line = permanent detention + public humiliation + possibly being fed cafeteria fish sticks forever. When a new headteacher rule called The Detention of Doom is introduced - a punishment so intense it sounds like it sounds like it was invented by a Disney villain - the Chaos Club tries to lay low. Spoiler: they do not lay low. Because someone is setting them up. Someone is planting evidence. And someone is trying to destroy the Chaos Club from the inside. Between ridiculous school assemblies, suspicious teachers, mystery notes, friendship drama, and romance teases that should be illegal, the Chaos Club has one mission: Survive detention. Expose the snitch. Stay iconic.
