A little twist to the original anime. Fairy tail does not have a fire dragon slayer, but a CHAOS dragon slayer who gives everyone the cold shoulder. That is until he meets the fire dragon slayer, Lucy Heartfilia. The whole guild is in shock and mayhem at the arrival of the new girl who can TALK to chaos without getting sent to the hospital. It turns out the guild Lucy joined was a little different than what she expected. Lucy gets closer to Natsu and makes enemies along the way. Enemies from afar and from her own home. Disclaimer!!! From the beginning they feared him. They shut him out of their lives. He grew to be rude and and lonely. He only has one ally and even then he fears him, for a reason no one knows. So what happens when a new person comes to his life? Lucy isn't a Celestial mage instead she was trained by Igneel. She didn't have a happy childhood. Her father was abusive and cruel, but why is she so bright and happy? Natsu Dragneel was not raised by Igneel. He was instead raised by Acnologia, the chaos dragon. He grew up to be quiet, rude, and he has a short temper. What happens when he meets the sweet, cheerful, very stuborn Lucy Heartfilia? Will she be able to calm the chaos or run like everyone else?

The Sakura Phoenix Glade. It was is said that phoenixes of every element once resided in this forest. From the well known Fire Phoenix, to the Dark and Light Phoenix Twins. Even the most powerful phoenix in existence, the Celestial Phoenix Queen, had a nest hidden there somewhere where not even the other phoenixes could find it. One day, all the phoenixes vanished without a trace. Some believe they died out. Others believe they are still there, using a powerful spell to hide from the human eye. One more belief is that they went to another world. One thing is sure, the Celestial Phoenix Queen left something in her nest, that only one with a pure heart can find.

Natsu Dragneel, a Chaos Dragon Slayer trained and raised by the most feared dragon of them all, Acnologia. When Natsu was little, he set his hometown on fire and all the citizens died. Even his birth parents. He was the only survivor. He did it because his whole town hated his and saw him as a monster. Except for Acnologia. Natsu reminded Acnologia of himself. So, he was taken by Acnologia and was trained to hate humans, control his power and be feared. On the date July 7th X777, Acnologia disappeared and left Natsu. He was found by and old man who goes by the name Marcarov Drayar who is the 3rd guild master of Fairy Tail. He was forced to join and stayed there till this day. Ever since joining the guild he has been causing chaos wherever he goes. So he has been given the nickname 'Chaos' and shows no mercy to anyone who crosses his path, well, except for 'Her'. When she was little Lucy Heartfilia was kicked out of her own house for not being a proper girl. She hated wearing revealing clothing and being Little Ms Proper, so in solution she ran away from home. Before her death, her mother, Layla Heartfilia gave her, her gate keys to protect herself from danger. One day she was found in the woods by the Fire Dragon King Igneel. He decided to train her, make her a great fighter and a feisty woman. He changed her last name to Dragnolia as well, so she is now a member of the Dragnolia Family. Sadly, Igneel disappeared on the date July 7th X777 leaving her with nothing but a scaly white scarf. The one thing she treasures most. Lucy Dragnolia is also the mysterious wizard, Salamander. But she keeps that side of her a secret. Only her Celestial Spirits know about her being the famous Salamander. No one else knows who Salamander is. Only that 'he' is a fire dragon slayer and always wares a red and white cloak when is in action. Everyone just assumes that 'Salamander' is a male because of his name. Metalicana the iron dragon raised Gajeel Redfox aka Black Steel Gajeel. Grandeeney the sky dragon raised Wendy Marvell aka The Sky Maiden. Weisslogia the white dragon and Skiadrum the shadow dragon raised Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney aka The Twin Dragons. Viper the poison dragon raised Erik aka Cobra. But what about the most powerful dragons in history, Acnologia the chaos dragon king and Igneel the fire dragon god? Acnologia raised his half dragon son, Natsu Dragonia aka Chaos. Natsu is part of the strongest guild, fairy tail and is feared by everyone including his guild members because of his fearsome power. Igneel raised a celestial wizard, Lucy Dragneel aka Salamander. As the celestial wizard, Lucy is a girl who is desperate to join her dream guild, fairy tail. But as the fire dragon slayer salamander, she keeps that side of her a secret. No one knows who salamander is. The only thing they know is that salamander is a mysterious man who uses fire dragon slaying magic and wears a white cloak with red outlines. This is a fairytail one shot and a teaser for the future of my fairytail book. This takes place during the 7 year time skip. In this reality, Natsu and Lucy don't partake in the S class ritual or whatever it is. This is the same universe as my chaos natsu story so natsu is basically a heartless prik. " Hey Natsu... You okay? " A blond haired girl questioned. The only reply she got was silence. She rested her body on the sides of the door frame, she tilted her head to the side and let her long pigtails fall at her sides. Natsu, slid down from the bed and readjusted himself to sit cross-legged at the bottom of the bed frame, he leaned up against the mattress letting out a heavy groan. The blond sighed, she felt completely lost in what to do. She slowly walked over to the pinkette and crouched down in front of him. The boy's face was unusually pale, it was strange to see his skin tone so light compared to his naturally tan complexion. Not only that but his eyes held visible dark bags. His expression was almost dead, he looked absolutely miserable. She reached out in front of her and gently caressed his right cheek. While doing so Natsu swiftly grabbed her arm and pulled her into a hug tight hug. She was a bit shocked at first but was quick to hug back, she was completely oblivious to what was going on inside his head.I " Hey... '' His voice cracked. She hummed in response while drawing circles into his back. " You're not gonna disappear... Right? " The pink haired mage sounded like he was on the verge of bursting into tears. " Cuz usually at this point you do some weird sparkly shit and turn into glitter or somethin'... " His hoarse voice was rough and shaky. He let out a painful chuckle as he pulled her closer. The blond only shook her head and buried her face into his scarf, " I'm not going anywhere... Lucy grew up wondering what her parents were hiding from her. Being a sickly child she wasn't allowed to do much growing up, but as she got older she started to notice little things that her parents would hide from her. Such as going down to the basement. Her parents would spend hours down there and there were often times when she thought she could hear her mother screaming. One night her mother sneaks into her room and gives her some gold keys. Lucy has no idea what they are, but her mother whispers to her that they will always be her friends. That her magic would protect her because her mother could no longer do so. A week later she died. Then it was Lucy's turn to find what was in the basement. What will she find? What will she do when she discovers what it is? Read to find out! Chaos Dragon Slayer Natsu Dragneel meets Celestial Spirit Mage Lucy Heartfilia one fateful day in Hargeon. Feared his entire life by his own guild members and almost all those around him, Lucy, as she introduces herself to be, is more than a fresh change of pace. She clueless, and she's running from something, but she's good, and for all that being good can be, their adventures together turn out to be pretty miraculous. Imagine if Natsu wasn't raised by Igneel, but by Acnologia, the Black Dragon. And instead Igneel raised Lucy to be the Fire Dragon slayer. Natsu, taking on the qualities of Acnologia, thinks he doesn't need anyone in his life, but what will he do when Lucy manages to slip past his barriers?
