Emily is a girl trying to live her "normal" life. (This is in the future) she lives in Chicago with her family. There is no President just new technology. They came up with a new "solution" for not having a president. If the whole state of Chicago agreed they will make that a law. Wow, wow! Chicago isn't a state. Everyone knows it's a city. Once there was no president some weird guy decided to make Chicago a state. Yeah, weird. Anyways,But that law is only for Chicago.
