After the death of their parents in the fire that broke out inside of their mansion, Chara gave up on life completely, living as a ghost in the asylum where they were interned. But everything changes when they return to the Underground, their old wonderland that's now in ruin, and receive the quest to dethrone the megalomaniac red ruler who mistreats all of the monsters of the kingdom. Our story takes place after the true pacifist route, there was no genocide route done before this so Chara never made the soul deal with frisk, after frisk left the underground Chara's ghost faded, trapped underground and waiting for another soul as strong as the determination soul to reawaken her.

Some background on the LostSouls AU: In the LostSouls AU, When Asriel and Chara fused their SOULs and then died, a little more of Chara's SOUL persisted after her death. This allowed her to keep a larger fragment of her SOUL than the original UT!Chara; a seventh instead of an eighth. However this small change has made all the difference, because unlike the original, Frisk has only done a full reset twice. The first route was originally pacifist until Frisk was unable to beat Undyne. He reset, thinking that there were no good monsters and did the genocide route. Chara killed Sans and Asgore at the end...but was unable to kill Flowey, who she recognized as her brother Asriel. Because of this she killed frisk by summoning her first ever gaster blaster, forcing him to relaid to before the fight with Sans. Then Chara fought Frisk using magic, eventually getting him to reset and do the pacifist route. After the pacifist route, which happened after the last reset, Frisk's determination was somehow able to bring Azzy back from being a souless being and Chara from the dead. Chara and Asriel are the 'Lost Souls' that there AU mentions so much. Alphys, Chara, and Sans are trying to figure out how they were brought back so they can somehow replicate the process and bring back the six human SOULS, if they can find them.*

The golden flowers that bordered the side of the clear lake seemed to have a faint glow in the moonlight as the moon touched each flowers's petals gently with the beams of light, just as the moon had a twin in the mirror of the still reflective surface of the lake. It was at times like these that she had such a little presense in the world - Just another human, who would be washed away in history. Just another soul that would not be remembered for anything, because nothing they did mattered. She looked down at the golden flower that Frisk had picked today. The golden flower had six-petals, which was as rare as a four-leafed clover. It was a symbol of luck and love. She clenched a fist. She hurriedly turned away from the window, and got out their backpack. They packed everything they thought they needed, and put the flower in a safe side pocket. Slipping quietly out the window, she stayed hidden, then she broke into a run, heading into the forest. She would climb Mount Ebbot.

Breaking Chara of bad habits, as well as learning more about himself in the process, Asriel forms a close bond with his best, and only, friend. A monster soul and a human soul - a dangerous combination. Love against the natural will to hurt. frisk has done many things to save her now called family. even going as far as to split her soul and revive Asriel but at a cost of becoming a monster herself witch was also a goat child. She still stood proud of her completed tasked at saving everyone they loved and now are all living with promising jobs now that they'er all free.will frisk find love along the way? will there be more than one secret lover? (do you guys want that? XD) found out here with the reformed monster.

Chara is seen as the villain, but why? She narrates Frisk's journey, She helps make Asriel see that what he is doing is wrong, You say she killed everyone, She only killed three, well maybe four if you say no to erasing the world... But... Did she kill Frisk? If she is so evil why does she tell you to do a pacifist run, and for what? To kill everyone on the surface to? But what if... It was to protect everyone? What if she corrupted your game after that to keep you from ruining everyone's lives again? What if... She is the good guy and you are the villain? (i do not own undertale it's characters or any music/pictures used unless previously stated. I only own my own headcanons and the cover I made it please checkout the original stuff, and sorry if characters are ooc... This is a semi interactive story where the readers can affect what happens! and can talk to Chara or like maybe other characters as they show up? who knows!)
