"No running through the hallway!" I yelled as two boys ran past me. "Yes Professor." They said as they slowed down. I smiled as I shook my head and continued walking towards my class. "Professor there are two kids fighting at the pool." Rogue , one of my students, said softly. "Thank you for telling me." I said with a smile. "What is going on?" I asked as I made it to the pool and saw Bobby and John fighting. "He started it." John growled out. "Well I'm finishing it, class now or I will send you to the Professor's office." I ordered. "Yes Professor." Bobby said as he walked away. I smiled as I shook my head and walked to my class. "Mom!" A voice yelled. I smiled as I turned to see my five year old daughter run up to me. "Hello Sweetheart, what are you up to?" I asked as I picked her up. "Running from papa." She said with a giggle. I smiled as I saw my husband of twenty years walking towards us.

Taking everything from her and ruining her happiness. But unlike the redhead, she is not looking for her soulmate. She's not even looking for love - or at least, she didn't think she was. Will Rose let Wanda in when she finds herself on a surprise date with the most successful prosecuting attorney in the state of New York? Or will she turn her back on her? And why does she never tell anyone her last name? This is a fanfiction! I don't own any of the characters except for the ones I create!

Ruth Aldine wishes she was normal. She wishes she was born with eyes, that didn't have powers she can't begin to understand, that she had a brother who didn't want to kill her or a mother who looked her and saw a daughter she loved instead of the reason her father left them. She has been isolated and alone since the moment she was born.
