This time of the year I always need Christmas fluff and this year more than ever. If you feel the same way, here is a modern day story about Charlotte and Sidney set around Christmas time.

A fan fiction written for those of us who endured the heart wrenching ending to the final episode of Sanditon (ITV, 2019). [As a possible Season 2] Andrew Davies has written a completion of the last unfinished manuscript by Jane Austen. It's set in 1819 in a new and developing seaside resort on the south coast. This adaptation brings a young Charlotte Heywood to the town where our heroine soon becomes entangled with the lives of the people there. Here, she meets the rather mysterious and taciturn Sidney Parker. As the series continues, love blossoms but things don't go to plan and the series ends on a heartbreaking cliffhanger. I pick up the story here ... This is the first work in Return To Sanditon - Novella Collection. This is a completing work designed to give viewers of Sanditon (2019) a happy ever after with some bumps in the road along the way. We pick up the story shortly after Charlotte's return to Willingden, where she confesses her heartbreak to her sister, Alison. Alison prompts her to seek help and so begins Charlottes campaign to save Sidney from his marriage to Eliza Campion and Sanditon from financial ruin. n.b This is a follow on from Andrew Davies screenplay and is not a sequel to the novelisation by Kate Riordan. One-shot written for Sanditon creative's Valentine's event, prompt 'Forbidden love'. Update: there is a sequel called 'What am I to you, exactly?'

The letter had arrived two days ago and Sidney was still trying to comprehend its contents. The news contained within had both grieved him and vexed him in equal measure, so much so that he had struggled to compose a reply, for what response could he make to such a letter? This fanfic follows the story of Sanditon but with a twist. I will write it episode by episode (but split into parts) so it will still largely follow the plot and include all the characters we know and love, but the twist will make things rather different (and hopefully interesting)... As always - a HEA is guaranteed!

Sanditon shocked everyone with the ending, and many writers write their own version to continue this story. I'm not a writer, I'm just so impressed by this story, that I decided to write my own version of the sequel. The story immediately begins from the moment Charlotte left, and for the beginning I tried to imagine how Eliza's relationship with Sidney and all his families, including Georgiana, would develop, and what exactly would be the impetus for Sidney to decide to change the situation. Maybe it turned out more romantic, than I expected, but it seems to me, that in the last episode, we saw such powerful emotions and feelings in Sidney , that it gives me reason to think, that he would be ready to turn the whole world for Charlotte's sake, which I tried to show in my story. I added some of my illustrations, I hope you will like them

Sequel to Admiral Heywood Returns. Two years after three weddings, life carries our heroes and heroines forward together, although not without twists and turns and the occasional hard spot in the road.
