Charm Cloud is just a normal- er, I mean, a special pegasus. What's special about this mare? Well, she is a Charmaster. A Charmcaster is a VERY RARE earth-pony or pegasus that can, yes, Control magic! When she transfers to 'Mi Amore Cadenza's Canterlot College for the Gifted', she meets Autumn Leaf, her new dorm-mate. & guess what? Autumn is also Charmcaster! Then she meets more new friends! Now, what's the bad news? There are other Charmcasters at the college. What's so bad about them? They're 'The Wicked Witches'! They're the relatives of the most evil Charmcasters ever!
