16 year old Chase moves into a small town of Celmont Hills and joins the local high school. Being in a new place he deals with the good and bad of being the new guy. He goes through the daily struggles and joys of being a teenager, and works his way to a dream that seems it's far out of his reach against everyone that's putting him down. Being in a society that discourages people to chase their dreams, the path from the bottom seems a long way to the top. Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero ang kaninang nawawalan na ng pag aasa ay nagkaroon ulit ng dahil sa mga kaibigan ko na laging nandyan at handang dumamay sa isa't isa. "Ano kaya natin ito diba. Team PokPok!" Sigaw naman ni Jasmine. Natawa kami sa sinabi niya kaya medyo gumaan ang atmosphere dito. "Oo nga team PokPok." Sabi naman ni Casper sabay lagay ng kamay sa gitna at mukhang nakuha naman namin ang gusto niya kaya isa isa naming ipinatong ang mga kamay namin sa gitna sabay sigaw ng... "TEAM POKPOK." Sabay sabay na sigaw namin sabay tawanan. Hindi natin masasabi kung hanggang kailan magtatagal ang pagkakaibigang nabuo kaya't i enjoy natin ang mga araw na kasama natin sila.
