Marinette held his gaze defiantly and placed her other hand on his chest, right over his heart. It beat soft and steadily beneath her palm. She smiled to herself, "He's right here." Chat Blanc threw his head back and laughed, his icy blue eyes filled with dark amusement. "Oh Marinette, haven't you heard?" He ran his hand through her hair, fixated on how the silky strands fell between his fingers. He reached beneath her chin, tilting her face up to his. "People say there's a monster in Paris, and that monster is me." ◦◦◦ When Lila takes things a little too far and Marinette is expelled, she feels like she's lost everything: her friends, her future and, most of all, Adrien. But Chat Noir gives her hope and helps her form a plan to get her life back. Adrien has problems of his own. After an awful encounter with Ladybug he's no longer sure about their partnership and ends up failing Marinette when she needs him most. Only this time he won't sit back like he did before. But their misery beckons to Hawk Moth and he takes full advantage of the situation. Chat Blanc will do everything in his power to keep Chat Noir from coming back and Marinette is the only one who can save him. But without her powers the challenge seems near impossible. Because why would a monster turn back into a lowly human when he's given everything he's ever wanted?

Heart broken Chat Noir becomes akumatized and forms a rather unusual obsession with Marinette rather than her as his beloved Ladybug, consequently, making it hard for her to transform. With the frequent absent of Ladybug, the new Chat Blanc is able to meddle in whatever it is that he pleases. What hardships will they go through together in this difficult situation? More importantly, how did Chat resist the control of Hawkmoth as Chat Blanc? **Disclaimer- this does not follow events with the actual cannon Chat Blanc**

Adrien and Marinette finally snapped under all the pressure of being the perfect kids, the goody two shoes. They were finally together with and without the mask, but Lila just had to get in the way of their happiness. And when there's no happiness, other emotions surface that are so easily captured by a harmless butterfly. Vainly searching the city and even the entire country for any survivors. Only to realize that no, he'd really caused the apocalypse. He'd really killed the love of his life. And his father. He'd killed everyone. There's nothing left for him. He's still stuck with too much power. And he's completely alone. (Disclaimer: I do not own Miraculous Ladybug or any of the characters.
