Let me paint you a picture, an image of a world that is not just black and white. However I must warn you, betrayal and death is something that is to be cautious of... especially when it's your own that commits the deed. A story of betrayal, hidden gangs (Warlords vs Darkloids), backstabbing (mostly gangs and families), a slice of comedy with a dash of double crossing each other.

Hikari Netto and Hikari Nori are normal 5 graders but when dangerous situations keep coming their way they must use their netnavis, Valris and Rockman to save the day. With World three Plotting to take over the world and cause chaos, those two must stop Dr. Wily by the help of the Netpolice and their ability to use full synchro.
