Hailey Austin, the main flyer of her cheer team, has been head over heels for the football player Jake Sterling for many months now, even though they've grown pretty close during the course of the school year, the fear of ruining their friendships holds her back. However, losing him isn't her only fear. For many years, Rose Meadow High and Thorn Land High have been in a long-lasting rivalry against each other, specially in the sports department, and for Hailey's surprise, the annual football match between both schools is around the corner and there are many things to perfectionate in order to bring the best out of her and her skills. whoever said cliches are dumb is an idiot. if you ask felix -the king of watching romcoms- cliches are the single best thing to ever grace the earth. they're cute and harmless. but then again, that is coming from a popular cheerleader who cried watching moana. on the opposite end of the social hierarchy is changbin, who hates cliches. they're cheesy and unrealistic, and they set standards way too high for love. most think the two hate each other, rivaling for the top spot in the graduating class, but all this will change with a basketball game to go down in the history books.

George is in his Sophomore year of highschool. He was a cheerleader for their dominantly loser school, until a new kid game to school.
