Scarlett Winters receives the chance to study at the Academy of Intellectualis in San Francisco. A school for people to make their mark on this world. Everyone knows what they want to do with their lives, except her. After a bit of convincing she goes to reach her unknown potential. There she discovers a program to travel the world for a year, otherwise known as Project Cultural Enhancement. It is joint program to join countries together, making peace instead of war. The problem however, is that it's a partner effort. Each person will travel around different places in the world, and meet up halfway to finish up the project. And what happens when a hardworking girl and a cocky guy are partners? Chaos.
