Hot shot is a very playful and active child who loves to run jump climb and play. He lives with his father Heatwave and his mother Quickshadow. Heatwave is a firefighter and Quickshadow is a pediatric nurse. They all live in Fort Worth Texas and have a very happy life there. Hot shot is a very good, kind, smart, and generous little boy with a big heart. Hot shot loves to be with his family. Hot shot starts to feel unwell. He has a bad headache, he is vomiting, he is tired, he has a stiff neck, he is walking funny, and he has a head tilt. Hot shot feels so unwell one day his parents take him right to Cook Children's hospital out of worry. There they do an immediate MRI from the ER. Hot shot is then diagnosed with a brain tumor in his cerebellum which is in the back of his brain. Hot shot's tumor is about the size of a kiwi fruit and the doctors take it out and test it. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to face his cancer head on. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together and become the best of friends. They even have a son named Darren who they call Dare as a nickname. Orko and Dree Elle are human and married and have two wonderful children. Dree Elle is a pediatric oncology nurse who also works at Cook Children's Hospital. Eddym the oldest child is 19 years old he has been in army training for the the past year. Hannah just turned 9 in September. She is in third grade. Adam, Teela, Damien and Andra are childhood friends of Orko and Dree Elle. Randor and Marlena love their grandson Dare and they care about Dare's friends Andre and Hannah because they are Hannah's age. It was the end of November and December was just beginning which means the area was alive with the sights and sounds of Christmas. Hannah noticed she wasn't feeling too good. Hannah has been tired all the time, she was starting to look pale, Hannah bumped her knee today and now has a bruise and she was getting more and bruises, she was getting nose bleeds, she lost weight. Her parents felt something was very wrong. Orko and Dree Elle took Hannah to see their pediatrician Dr. Moko right away. Dr. Moko was worried and set them to Cook Children's hospital right away to see a pediatric oncologist. The oncologist's name was Dr. Kyza. She checked Hannah over from head to toe. She had some tests done and Hannah is diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia B-Cell PH+ or ALL B-Cell PH+. Hannah is brave and ready to fight. Hot shot is a bit scared and worried. Then tests are done and Hot shot is then diagnosed with atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor or ATRT a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is ready to be brave and fight his cancer head on. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. She has a headache that won't go away, she is tired, she is vomiting, she walking funny, she has lost coordination, and her head is tilting to the left. Her parents take her straight to Cook Children's where her grandma (Dree Elle's mother) works as a pediatric neuro oncologist and they knew her grandmother was concerned like they were. An MRI reveals a brain tumor. Hannah gets a biopsy done and it is revealed to be medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. After a sample of the tumor is biopsied Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to face his cancer head on. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together and become the best of friends. There they do many tests on Hot shot and he is diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma a type of bone cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to face his cancer head on. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and fight their cancer together. Hot shot is determined to kick cancer's butt!
