Cherche joins the Sheperds after the Valmese invasion of her homeland, bringing with her a certain diary holding the answers to the nightmares of an intriguing black-haired swordsman.

What happened when Cherche and Virion were back in their home kingdom? A rebellion causing both of them to flee the country? What really happened? This is a fanmade book that explains more about the war. None of this is cannon and consider this a theory. I do not own the concept of fire emblem, nor do I own the characters Virion or Cherche or Minerva. The art isn't mine and there are a lot of spelling errors and plot holes I apologize in advance.

This is based on the game, character wise. There will be spoilers to the end of the game, due to it being somewhat similar, but only in the ending.

Nah looked at Gerome with amazement; his black armor glistening, his mysterious mask, his confident walk, and the beautiful wyvern Minerva walking elegantly behind him. Nah thought he was the most handsomest man to walk the realm. While Gerome walked among the rest of his comrades, he held his head high. The woman he hoped to impress was watching. The woman he had secretly loved as a child was staring at him with a smile. The woman he would gladly die for was awaiting his return... The studious, mature Nah falls for the independent lone wolf Gerome. Though, Gerome ignores this later given fact and is in love with another. Healing from personal scars, follow both Nah and Gerome as they reflect on their past together and possibly finding more than they could ask for. ~Author Note: This is all fanfiction.
