Two men came from Battery City. One joined the military as a teenager, bored with his bleak career as a factory worker, while the other left in his twenties to flee a life that was suffocating him. After a single fateful meeting, the lives of Dr. Death Defying and Tommy Chow Mein became intertwined, leading to new relationships, brutal conflicts, tension and healing, and a confrontation with Better Living that no one could have expected. Meet the Fabulous Killjoys: Party Poison, Jet Star, Fun Ghoul, Kobra Kid, Lithium Punch, and the newest recruit- Acid Candy. With evil cooperation B.L.I. (Better Living Industries) out to kill them, they must defeat SCARECROW Korse, and The Director in a battle for the welfare of the Battery City citizens.

This is a fanfiction for the comic book series/rock album by My Chemical Romance. I suggest you read the comic book if you haven't already, but I have included a quick summary in the intro if you don't have access to the book. The story follows a Porno Droid named Violet, who in her attempt for suicide escapes the strict city she lived in her whole life. There is no mature content, except for maybe a little swearing. There is a small part in which the main character has suicidal thoughts, but nobody kills themselves or does self-harm.

Party Poison Fun Ghoul Jet Star Kobra Kid Their names are know throughout the Zones and Battery City. The Fabulous Killjoys. They gave rebels the name they so proudly bare. Not much is known about them, they were rarely seen. That is, until someone else came into their lives The Girl Grace was a desert rat, a runaway from Battery City. She would of died out in the Zones but lucky for her, the fabulous foursome found her. These are some tales documenting their adventures.
