Toni Topaz is a 17 year old girl who has been in foster care her whole life. On her 17th birthday she made the decision to leave foster care. She is currently living in a small rundown motel and other than that is homeless. It is her first time being in a public high school. She has depression and is a closeted bisexual. The first person she meets is the school nerd, Cheryl blossom. She has social anxiety and has been a target of bullying since middle school, reading and taking care of her nana is the only thing giving her a will to live. She is a closeted lesbian and lives with her Nana since her parents lost custody. What happens when Toni runs into the nerd of the school!

This is just how I imagine it played out between Cheryl and Toni after 2x17. Toni takes a traumatised Cheryl back to her Grandpa's trailer, as he's away for the weekend, and treats her like a princess.

Practically the whole town in Riverdale could see in colour by now. Being such a small town, there were limited options for who your soulmate could be. So why did Cheryl Blossom - someone with such a high social status that they could be considered royalty- still see in black and white, despite knowing nearly everyone in Riverdale? OR...
