Naruto was kidnapped by Danzo and his men. While he was kidnapped, Danzo discovered something terrible and has them kept in secret. Then, they experimented on him and inject the DNA in his system. Then, he changes and escapes. And now, he leads these species.

"What do you mean, that thing is part Xenomorph?" I suppose it's hard to believe, but maybe not; considering Ellen Ripley had her DNA fused with a queen. But my story is different...
