20 year old Quinn Jackson(Ross Lynch) is just trying to survive in Chicago, Illinois by running the streets and stealing from the rich upper class neighborhoods, all while living with his older brother, Danny(Matt Bomer) a "recovering" alcoholic and drug addict. Misty Hayden(Emma Watson) is living a risky life on the street after being kicked out by her mother. The only way she survives is by selling herself or selling drugs.Their paths cross one fatal night when a deal involving both of them goes horribly wrong. And in the heat of the moment, a spark happens.
