Foreword These are a collection of thoughts I have concerning every subject that makes up this experience we call life. Life is made up of different experiences. Life is also different depending on the different people it is experienced by. Our hardships can be very similar or vastly different from each other, but one underlying value we should adhere to is understanding. I describe myself as Catholic, Chicano, queer, and a younger brother. Now, I don't know how many of you can identify the same as me but all of these adjectives carry different stereotypes, leading to varied responses. However, I would like to share my views on an and all subjects because understanding serves as a basis to love and respect one another in the recent turmoil the world is in. Each topic I decide to discuss about, I guarantee, will be composed with the upmost attention and sincerity. Hopefully I can bring a new perspective and/or better understanding of these topics through my own experiences.

I'm working on a collection of childhood stories. Although the stories are about events in my childhood that actually happened I write them from the memory of my young self. I was a boy who liked to imagine and exaggerate so for that reason I don't know how accurate my recollection is. Therefore, I consider the stories to be fiction.
