After watching the last few episodes of HAKUOKI SHINSENGUMI KITAN, Airi Suzuki, was devastated after knowing all of her favourite characters died. She fell asleep that night feeling disappointed at the creators of the anime for killing all of the handsome men in the anime. She wished that she could somehow get into the plot to change it so that they all won't die and live a happy life. Little did she know that one wish can actually bring her into the HAKUOKI itself.

~Well, you all have read or written about Kuroba Kaito having a twin sister, but what about him having a twin brother? There are probably some that has Kaito having a Twin brother, so I can't say this fanfic will be the 1st one.~ After Kaito and Aoko won the skii competion, Akibiko saw a sad Akako by herself at the back of the crowd looking at the couple. Akibiko smiled went to her, without her know he was next to her. Akako scoffed at the duo, "He did it to me again! But I won't give up!" she said with her fist to her chest. Akibiko standing next to her heard what she said feeling his heart pained a little, he covered it with a smile and made a vibrant red rose appear in his hand. She goes back to the rose he'd given her thinking of the words he said about her smile. She heard those words before but not in a sincere way he had said it. When shinichi was about 8, Tochi disappeared and the kurobas stoped coming to visit. Now shuichi is 18 and has taken down the black organization and has been asked to help take down a organization called the MLK but a twist has happened. The Kaito kid that's been stealing gems, is one of the MLK's top targets. Shinichi accidentally walked into one of the traps set for Kaito kid by the MLK.
