Is he an actual threat or is Amira overreacting due to the trauma she has experienced? What lengths will Amira and her would-be protectors go to in order for her to feel safe? This short story is based on one of my favorite folktales, "The Queen & the Murderer." If the plot seems a bit implausible at times, please keep its origin in mind.

When we hear,see some stories about child marriage, what do we learn and imagine? Sad scared little Arab, African and Asian girl pressured, even forced I to it with some old pervert by society, or two shy indian or Bangladeshi kids doing it for so-called family honour being unable to provide for themselves and take life in their own hands? Or some por children from cult like FLDS or others, sykh, Hindus, Muslims? Or some gypsies tribes with two luxuriously dressed kids and pompous. Although they are very poor in daily life? Or teenagers on love like Romeo and Juliet, or two asian kids arranged by parents who grow to adjust to each other and love? This was not the case with that girl. She made a choice to become a bride when she was a child herself to escape her prison from birth. Her cruel lifegiver who gave life also to...her rapist.
