Which gives the sea creatures a deady disease. Morax didn't trust Tartaglia at first due to that. But they eventually became friends. Zhongli decides to plan the demise of Rex Lapis in order to pass the command of the national order to the humanity, especially to Liyue Qixing. For this purpose, he decides to give the Gnosis to the Archon Cryo of Snezhnaya, also known as Goddess of Love. She destines the 11th Harbinger Tartaglia, to fulfill the plan required by Zhongli. She does it not only for this purpose but also to bring the Archon and the Harbinger closer.

He should have known that any happiness he found in life was always too good to be true.
