Keigo and Touya had been friends since they were little kids, right after they developed their quirks, to be specific. Now, years after Touya's alleged death, Keigo, who was now known to the world as Hawks, still hasn't given up on the idea that maybe, just maybe, his old friend was still out there somewhere. He always knew Endeavor was shady, but when his closest and only friend disappeared without a trace, and the #2 hero showed up at his door, claiming that his eldest son was dead, with no funeral, no sign or mourning, and no mention of the name Touya ever again, Keigo knew something was up. So just imagine his surprise when he meets Dabi for the first time alone, and gets some of the answers he's been searching for all along He knew Endeavor was shady, but he never could have expected the truth to be as twisted as it truly was. This story is partially inspired by an MHA comic dub called "Childhood Friends" on YouTube by Skeleton08 The art in that comic dub is made by Keiid!
