Bucky has been free from Hydra's grasp for longer than he could have fathomed sitting in the rotting cells in the Hydra base. He has moved on, building his life as Bucky Barnes, leaving the Winter Soldier behind. As the Avengers continue to wipe out Hydra, they come across things that make their blood boil. Blatant neglect of all prisoners. Experimentation that definitely counts as torture. The worst of all? A new soldier, younger, faster, better than all others. She was an urban legend. Lurking in the shadows, striking, then disappearing into the night. Few who see her live to tell the tale. She is terrifying. She is haunting. She is the Black Dahlia.

"I knew from the moment the police entered that sterile room. No. I knew from the moment I saw their somber eyes..." --- "For me, it all happened in an instant. It happened without ceremony nor sign... One minute I was there, you were there, and they were..." --- "... You were simply gone." "... They were simply gone." ________________________________________ P.S. I edited the cover.

**August 1914.** Europe stands on the brink of catastrophe. When the mobilization orders went out, processing depots were engulfed in bureaucratic chaos. Standing before the recruitment officers was Adrian Falken-a ten-year-old orphan left alone following the deaths of his mother, a university mathematician, and his father, a master watchmaker. He possessed no surviving family, but he carried something far more dangerous: a mind gifted with the highest recorded intelligence metrics in modern history. Blending his father's obsessive grasp of physical mechanics with his mother's fluid command of spatial calculations, Adrian forged his enlistment papers. In the frantic rush to fill frontline quotas, no officer questioned the quiet, unnaturally calm boy who scored perfectly on every technical assessment. Joining the Imperial German Army as an ordinary private, he possesses no title, no noble lineage, and no promise of survival-only the determination to earn every step through merit. Then, on the eve of war, a voice awakens within his mind. AEGIS is an unseen military intelligence system known only to Adrian. It cannot perform miracles or rewrite destiny; it offers only disciplined analysis, measured advice, and the burden of knowledge. Every decision remains Adrian's to make, and every consequence his to bear. Equipped with this cold, calculating interface, Adrian is thrust into the roaring hell of the Western Front. From the mud-drenched trenches of Charleroi to subterranean sapping galleries, he navigates a world where courage is tested daily and trust is earned through sacrifice. To his squadmates, he is an unnerving enigma-a ten-year-old child moving through battle with the terrifying, flawless precision of an industrial machine. As the optimism of 1914 gives way to terror, one forgotten soldier may become the man who changes the twentieth century. History remembers victories. Soldiers remember the dead.

Set within the brutal world of The Walking Dead during the era of Negan's dominance, Where the Children Rule follows Dixie-Mae Martin-known among her people as Mary Magdalene-the eldest daughter of Daryl Dixon. Raised far from her father, Dixie-Mae has grown into a devout believer and enforcer within a hidden settlement called the The Chosen of a New Era, a child-led cult where no adult survives long enough to lead. Instead, four ruthless teenagers rule in the name of a distorted, fear-driven faith, blending scripture with survivalist cruelty. Within this society, Dixie-Mae stands as both protector and prophet, fiercely loyal to the Chosen's teachings. Her sisters, Betty-Jean and the haunting Eve-a reanimated infant treated as both omen and blessing-are her only remaining ties to something softer, though even that humanity is slipping. The children believe they are chosen, spared from adulthood to remain pure in God's eyes, even as they commit acts that contradict everything they preach. When Negan demands their presence during a supply raid on Alexandria Safe-Zone, Dixie-Mae is thrust into a collision with her past. There, she comes face-to-face with Daryl, the father she barely remembers, now hardened and desperate to reclaim what remains of his family. But Dixie-Mae does not see salvation in him-only weakness. To her, the Brotherhood is truth. It is survival. It is God's will. As tensions rise between Negan's Saviors and the fragile alliance of communities, Dixie-Mae finds herself walking a dangerous line between devotion and doubt. Though she feels the pull of connection-friendships, rivalries, and perhaps something deeper-she refuses to tie herself to any one person, believing attachment is a sin that leads to ruin. In a world where children preach judgment and innocence is long dead, Dixie-Mae must decide whether faith is something worth dying for... or something worth questioning.

(This was originally posted on Ao3, but Ao3 turned out to be to hard for me to use so here we are. Also I know the cover sucks, I'm working on it - sorry.) /// Original Summary Ponyboy was four years old when he was stolen from his family. He spent the next eight years in the Camp. A place where children learn to be soldiers. He was mostly sent out to stalk enemies of the Counselor. But he had other jobs such as making sure the younger kids ate enough food, and wrapping up the wounds of the older ones. He is used to his life in the Camp (and in a sick way enjoys his life there) So when he is finally rescued. Ponyboy doesn't know what to do. /// Basically Ponyboy gets abducted by a crazy billionaire (who may or may not be part of Hydra), alongside some other characters from other fandoms. SHIELD comes and rescues them. Ponyboy learns to adjust to a normal life.
