Cuba and USA don't have the best relationships with each other but maybe that will change. They just need to wait... Knowing how strained the relations are, the organizations worked together to help the countries realize that they will need each other more than ever. On the way they discover an old friendship that had soon kindled into a fierce hatred. How will they attempt to solve these problems? Why were such strange things happening? Will they find their hidden enemy? Or will their enemy find them? And land the first strike?
