During a mission with his partner, pro hero Dynamight ponders of what he could do to cheer up his girlfriend from being stressed from work. Contains spoilers for anime only viewers. This one-shot is my submission for the 2025 Lunar Love Kacchako exchange event. Art was done in collabration with CherryChocoalate on Blue Sky.

Told in two interweaving storylines, The Ritual and My Son, this is the story of two women, connected by a single life. What binds the women is a single act of courage, a life shaped by discipline and love. My Son details the story of a mother who raised a boy with steady hands and careful love, holding on in small, deliberate ways even as he reached beyond her grasp. The Ritual details how, saved once from the sea by the same boy, Siu-man carries the ripple of his courage across decades, from a lost identity card to yearly offerings of oranges, discovering how a single act can shape a life forever.

First love never dies, they say. So when he returns after 12 long years, she suddenly realizes she's still in love with him. She has always been, unconsciously. But, he does not know, he never knows. Until when can she secretly love a person who does not love her back?

The fortune teller was right. But you know, he didn't have to be so cryptic about it.

It was the Chinese New Year and Bakugou was invited to dance by his Chinese friend to dance on the big stage at a festival in their home country. They were down a person and he already knew the dance. Naturally, he agrees and now has his place in the New Year secured. He'd be the center of attention with the rest of the dancers on live television in another country. What better way to celebrate? [contains: minor foul language]

This rhyming poem tells the folklore of the eve of Chinese New Year. In China, this is a legend that is told to kids to explain the traditions of Chinese New Year. It's about a monster who terrorizes the ancient Chinese village and how the villagers learned how to scare the monster away. It's an interesting piece of poetry that allows you to learn about the traditions and culture of ancient China. Fun fact: This legend was originally in Chinese, but I translated it into English since I am bilingual in both Chinese and English! Extra Note: This picture is not mine; it's from the internet.
