After the Battle of Geonosis, Separatist leaders gather on a distant world. ARC Captain Alpha-17, one of the Republic's deadliest clones, is sent with his squad to investigate the meeting and strike before the war can spread any further. He expects Separatists, droids, and a clean military operation. He does not expect a strange Jedi with an orange lightsaber, a colder mind than most Jedi, and a sharper tongue than his own. Their first meeting begins with blaster fire and a lightsaber clash―and ends with a question neither of them dares answer.

It would not be a Star Wars story without a trio of main characters, thus this is where our story begins. Ensign Eli Vanto is assigned as the Chiss Mitth'raw'nuruodo's personal aide and translator, tasked with guiding him through the Royal Imperial Academy and the inner workings of the Empire. Though the duo at first appear isolated, foreigners in a world of Core inhabitants, they are soon joined by Ensign Qi'da - a Naboo human with her own secrets and agenda. Together the trio wade through the Imperial military endeavors, achieving high rankings in both the military and political fields. However, after a tragedy knocks them back down to a clan of two, Thrawn must sort his feelings and forge ahead, desperate to succeed in saving his people from the threat looming in the Unknown Regions while the Empire deals with the comparably insignificant small band of Rebels.

A chiss bounty hunter is hired by Imperials. This was nothing new for her, but she would soon find out that this job would test her emotions. Reunited with her old lover, she is forced to acknowledge their past, or continue to push it behind her.

Grand Admiral Thrawn- He is talented, very smart, handsome even. But can be very stubborn. But what happens when he can't hold his pain anymore? She wants to give Thrawn comfort, but can she soften the pain? Or will he refuse and suffer all alone? When everything is good now, until more trouble shows up. "The Search for Hope" is a continuation of the epilogue from Star Wars Rebels, and follows Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren in their quest to find Ezra Bridger, whose last known location was aboard Grand Admiral Thrawn's Star Destroyer, the Chimaera, in the skies of his homeworld Lothal. ------- Sabine smiled as they shared a brief, yet warm embrace. "It's been a while," she replied. "It certainly has," Ahsoka agreed. They let go of each other and sat back down in their seats. "So, where do we even begin?" Sabine asked. "I've been thinking, and I believe I've found a suitable starting point," Ahsoka grabbed the holocron off of the console and opened it. Sabine's eyes widened, "The Imperial Palace?" Her tone was unpleasantly shocked and her eyebrows furrowed as she shifted her vision to Ahsoka. "Why are we traveling to the Core? Shouldn't we be heading to explore the Unknown Regions?" she asked. "When Rex calculated every star chart along his trajectory that day, all of them led in that direction." "And that's exactly why we're returning to Coruscant. There's a vital piece of information we must acquire if we're going to even attempt to access that portion of the galaxy." Sabine shook her head in disapproval, "But after the fall of the Republic, the Emperor stripped away any remnant of the old Jedi Temple and converted it into his palace. What happens if the information you're looking for isn't even there?" "The information I seek is stored in more places than one. I believe that if we can access the Imperial data vault, we can extract what we need." Ahsoka pointed to a quadrant of the temple that became highlighted in red. "Look, even if the data you're looking for is at the palace, what about the Imperial security? There's bound to be loyalists lurking in every corridor. How will we get around them?" However, Thrawn has his own Agenda, one that involves Ezra and Sabine, and he is determined to see it through to the end. Thrawn isn't the only one with a hidden agenda. The Irizi family have their own plans for Ezra and his friends, and it may involve an unlikely alliance among the several beings to escape not just with their lives, but with a chance at ever seeing the rest of their friends again!

Thanaria is an Admiral in the Chiss Acendency and she tries her hardest to step out of her father's large shadow. It isn't easy being the child of Thrawn, especially when you have a big secret to hide. This is a sort of sequel to my story, The Grand Admiral's Hunter. I am still going to work on that story with Briar and Thrawn. This story will have a few mentions of Briar here and there, but not too many. Due to the fact that this is sort of a sequel to an unfinished story, I don't know how often I will update it.
