A Hakuoki fanfiction. Will be about Hajime Saito x Chizuru Yukimura. Bits and pieces will be from the Hakuoki game for Apple/Android devices and some will be from my own mind. Some parts might be out of order or won't be as you remember them. And I suck at making descriptions.

Three years have passed since Chizuru left Kazama to live a quiet and peaceful life. Now Kazama arrives to fulfill his vow to come after her and is ready to make her his demon queen.

The year is 1863. The Edo Era is nearing its end, and it's the third year of the Bunkyu Era... Chizuru Yukimura was raised in Edo and is daughter to a Rangaku scholar. Having lost contact with her father, who is in Kyoto, she decides to visit him. There, she witnesses a Shinsengumi soldier killing a bloodthirsty monster. In the wrong place at the wrong time, Chizuru is taken in by the Shinsengumi as a prisoner of sorts, and she finds herself thrown into their lives... subsequently endangering her by connecting her with the assassins desperate to kill them. As time progresses, Chizuru will discover their terrible secret... the Furies. Tortured by their own thoughts, the men of the Shinsengumi wield their blades in defense of their faith and ideals, in an era torn apart by chaos. The work is mainly on AO3 under the same name and username Featuring Saito's route, Kazama has forced Chizuru to go with him. I advise Saito fans to avoid reading this story because maybe some scenes are a turn-off for you. Even though Kazama is perilous, he tries to prove himself as a good husband to Chizuru despite how much Chizuru thinks of him as a devil and dangerous man. I believe Kazama in Saitou's route is out of character because I don't see the Kazama we know in Hijikata's route capable of doing what he does in Saitou's route. So I write Kazama here the way I believe he really is. Featuring Saito's route, Kazama takes Chizuru forcefully after defeating Saito, injuring him severely and probably killing him. This takes place at the near end of Kyoto Winds chapters of the game and the beginning of Edo blossoms. Everything is canon, and Chizuru and Saito met the same way they met in the game. With two very minor changes: 1- Saito and Chizuru get married near the end of Kyoto Winds. I chose them to be married or in a relationship in Kyoto Winds because then, writing this work is easier since I wanted Kazama and Chizuru to have their journey in edo blossoms while Chizuru is in lots of love with Saito. 2- Kazama stops cooperating with Kodo and follows the same path he does in other routes regarding the experiments of Kodo and the water of life or Ochimizu.

Haruki and Aoi are twin brother and sister, they both were orphans until they were around 9 years old. At the age 9 they lived in Edo, they also met Souji Okita and the three of them became friends. Isami Kondou also took the twins in. ..... Later on, Haruki along with her twin Aoi became apart of the Shinsengumi. Nobody besides Okita, Kondou, Sanan, Hijikata and Aoi know that Haruki is a female. Also Aoi is the captain of the shinsengumi's 13th devision, Haurki is the backup captain of the 13th devision. ..... Even though Chizuru joined the shinsengumi Haruki has not warmed up to her. ..... (Note: This fanfic may go off track from the original anime's plot)

Hijikata and Chizuru escape to safety after their run in with Kazama and it is found out the battle was lost. Ootori orders them to go undercover for everyone else had been taken prisoner. They're now hiding out at a small house in a small town lying low. Hijikata's injuries have healed and now it's just the two of them. Hijikata has to learn to live a peaceful life while him and Chizuru's relationship grows but it's not all easy as they had thought.

Ten years ago, two sisters had left the hell they called Kyoto vowing to never go back there again, but then a decade later a sister of a comrade goes missing and Kitshirou and the others wanna help search for her and her father. No one never thought that the search for the missing family members would be difficult. They were wrong. Now the young kunoichis found themselves surrounded by men with swords and no way to escape. If Kitshiro knew it would be this bad, she would have never came back to Kyoto. Now their lives are in these samurais hands. What are they gonna do now? Will they live? Will they die?.....Or will they just find solace and so much more within the group know as the Shinsengumi?

Summary: It had been a month since Chizuru Yukimura left Edo for find her father, when she left she promised to send word to her younger brother 13 year old Kaito Yukimura. After a few days with no word Kaito began getting worried and decided to head for the capital to fine his sister. This will be about season 1 of Hakuouki thr next book will be about the 2 season.
