Hey guys, this is my first fanfic!!! Yay! But anyway this is inspired by the book trilogy called Darkest Powers by Kelley Armstrong (you should totally read it... like right now... it's amazing). For the story itself, it was created to go along with a comic that had no words. Unfortunately I couldn't find the artist who created the comic, but credit to you dude. Here I am, running, through the darkness of the night. The cool breeze blowing against my skin, straight through my thin shirt. I felt something run past me, but I knew who. "Derek! I will find you this time!" I heard what may have been a slight chuckle. Not a human chuckle, though. More of a grunt that I recognize as a laugh. I felt a breeze again, a little stronger this time. I knew he was close. Then I heard steps behind me and... SMACK. I ran right into him. He toppled over and I got down on my knees on the ground, petting his fur. He looked exhausted, which I'm not surprised. I knew why he was weak, it was time for him to change back. He started twitching on his arm then leg, and after a couple snaps and pops it was over. I stood up and grabbed his clothes giving them to him. After he put them on he scooped me up in his arms, and kissed me. His warm but firm arms held me. His scent consumed me. Him.

He yelled in the middle of the empty street. His voice was so loud that I thought maybe some trees shook with it. I was at shock. I had never saw Derek like this. He was so sad,angry,and hurt at the same time that I felt so guilty for saying those things to him. I had to make it up to him. "What did you expect me to do? Come and hug you when I saw you with that girl? No,sorry I couldn't!you know why? Because I love you that much that even seeing you with another girl makes me lose my control. I love you that much that I know I want you more than anything in my life!" I yelled in the Same tone. ......... Chloe Saunders. You probably know her if you read the book Darkest powers trilogy. She is a necromancer and her life had been through a lot of ups and downs. But when she finally finds peace in a Town only for supernatural creatures, She and her friends are trying to make their lives as normal as it can get. But can someone with crazy powers like Chloe ever live a normal life? When there are ghosts all around whom Chloe doesn't know exactly what they want, or when a long term lost enemy returns back to Chloe's life and is planning to destroy their lives, Can they really survive? This is a lot like darkest powers but also a lot different. My cousin and I were very curious of what it would be like if we were in the story. So we decided to write it out. We introduce some very cool new powers. I hope you like it because we had fun writing it. The gang is on the run from another threat when they run into Adam, a mysterious werewolf who decides to tag along in order to teach Derek. Who is he and can he be trusted?

After a rescue mission goes horribly wrong and Derek ends up wounded, Chloe and the others start to wonder if they'll ever see him again. Disclaimer: MOST characters belong to Kelley Armstrong. He thought he could handle it. Thought he could handle seeing them together, Simon and Chloe. And she thought she could handle it. Being with the brother that liked her, but not the brother that she liked-at least not like that. They thought they could handle the pain of liking each other and not knowing what the other feels, and handle the pain of knowing that if he found out, Simon would feel betrayed. And even though they told themselves they could handle it, that they were fine, all Chloe and Derek wanted to do was tell each other the three words they'd been holding in for so long: I love you. Ello all! ♡ My cousin and I love the Darkest Powers series by Kelley Armstrong so much we've decided to do this. It's basically us putting our self into the story and writing from there. If you haven't read the darkest powers series I highly recommend not reading this. Spoiler Alert! We right in different character's POV, including Rae! I felt like Rae didn't get enough book time in Kelly's stories so I've given her her own little side stories ♡ The story starts off at the beginning of the awakening when Chloe and Tori get captured. We had so much fun writing this so we hope you enjoy. To any darkest powers fans, we are sorry if some of the details from Kelley's story gets mixed up or aren't right. Nobody is perfect afterall.
