If only they showed that same loyalty to Marinette when Lilia came storming through her life. Now, left with the pieces of her once perfect life, Marinette has to put herself back together. Guardianship from her amnesiac mentor, an incompetent partner who need a replacement, life as an outcast in a classroom once full of friends... And the only one of her side was someone who Marinette never thought would fight for good. Amazing. Terrible. Crazy. Weird. Utterly Ridiculous.

[set after s3 finale} Ladybug had decided to give Chloe a final chance, and if the blonde girl broke any more rules, the Bee Miraculous would be handed on to another person more worthy and fitting. Chloe on the inside was beyond ecstatic, but showed a perfectly emotionless facade on the outside. If she was being honest, keeping up any facade was draining by that point. The Queen Bee never showed it, but on the inside, her heart was stinging and her mind was buzzing with thoughts she shouldn't have. She found it hard not to be akumitized when her private life was... meaningless. The only person who had ever made her heart tingle even in the slightest way- was Ladybug. She admired the hero deep down, even after feeling betrayed by her a plethora of times. Then, on a sudden day, Chloe and Marinette have an immense fight after class. That is when something inside Chloe clicks, and that is when she realises it. Marinette is Ladybug. ---------- Set after Season 3! I love Chloe so much as a character and was so disappointed to hear that the very little character development that we had received would just be thrown away and she would never get a chance to redeem herself. So- I'm building a character redemption of my own- with a hint of Chloenette of course, as it is one of my comfort ships.

Making decisions is hard. Nobody knows that better than the well-meaning Marinette. When she puts off choosing one of her friends as a model to compete with, Chloé makes the choice for her--and obviously, who better to slay the runway than Chloé herself? It's a longshot, but maybe if Marinette and her new model can find a way to get along, they'll actually have a chance of winning.
