This is a slow build fanfiction based after the storm in Life Is Strange. The story continues right after the game, and it follows Chloe and Max on their journey to move on. The story progresses, adding new twists and turns, along with the development of Chloe and Max's romantic relationship. (None of the art or music is owned by me in this story.)

Max And Chloe best friends with opposite personalities. Chloe Price is a punk girl who does what she wants when she wants being quite rebellious ever since the passing of her dad and moving of her best friend five years ago. Max Caulfield is a nerd "putting it mildly". Max was always in to photos ever since she could remember the only real friend she had was Chloe that was until she left for Settle with her parents five years ago leaving their friend ship to lay into question. What will happen when their paths cross again? Who knows right after all Life Is Strange.

You know the deal. Max Caufield has shocking time reversing powers. She could change history if she wanted to. She could, but she wouldn't without Chloe. Her hypnotizing blue eyes, and her badass personality are what drew Max closer and closer to her. But, one day she went too far. She wanted to save Rachel just for Chloe. She knew how much Chloe loved the deceased brunette. She wanted to help. She wanted to make Chloe happy, even if she wasn't the one holding her hand, kissing her softly and cuddling with her in bed. She wanted to see her best friend and long term crush happy. Happier than she's ever been.

The story is made in an alternate universe where Max comes to Arcadia Bay one year before the Rachel incident. Will She get to meet her? This is a what if version of Life Is Strange. Fear not, everything isn't completely wacky in this one. But what if Rachel Amber had moved to Seattle instead of Arcadia Bay, Oregon? What if she'd met Max and they grew close? What happens when Max moves back to Arcadia? Rachel (sadly) still ends up missing. Chloe and Nathan still go to the girl's bathroom at Blackwell. And Max witnesses it just like she did before. How will she deal with her newfound time powers, or the strange butterfly she feels an unexplainable connection to? PRICEFIELD WILL HAPPEN IN THIS UNIVERSE AS Well!

Life is strange is my FAVORITE video game in the world. I thought it would be nice to write what I think happened over the time period when Max was living in Seattle. Stay tuned for more stories, fanfictions, etc. :)

This story doesn't have Jefferson, because I hate him lol, and Max doesn't have any powers. I will be putting tw's in every chapter if there is needed one. But I do want to say that every chapter has a lot of swearing, so that is the only tw I won't be mentioning anymore. If swearing makes you uncomfortable, let me know and I will publish another version of this without it. Also please don't mind me being dyslexic and making typos here and there, I try my best not to make them lol.

Pretty or painful is all the same thing because this healing process will hurt. Despite the old company of familiar faces, they come and go, but they will always have each other. This is a cross over with The Walking Dead Game and Life is Strange because there both my favorite story games and I thought it would be fun, this is going to be Male Reader but show other's POV's as well. This is the same Y/N in the other Clem x Reader's and not the same Y/N in Max x Reader, this will start in Before the Storm because I played that first actually and will introduce Clem, AJ and Max later on, right now the story's going to focus on fours character's mainly Y/N, Chloe Price, Violet Adlon, and Rachel Amber. It will focus on Clem and Max but that's when we get into the main game. Also, this isn't gonna just be Clem x Y/N there's gonna be all kinds of ships in here.
