In the space Between Us is a quiet story about two people who care for each other-but don't always understand each other in the same way. It unfolds not through dramatic moments, but through everyday life-small habits, simple routines, and conversations that almost happen. In these ordinary spaces, a deeper question begins to take shape: what does it really mean to understand someone? She expresses care through attention, through noticing, through the little things that make a shared life feel held together. He believes in ease, in comfort, in the idea that not everything needs to be said to be felt.h Neither of them is wrong. Just... different. As their worlds gently overlap and sometimes miss each other, they begin to realize that love is not only about feeling-but about learning each other's language, one small moment at a time. This is a story about listening beyond words, about seeing what isn't said, and about meeting someone-not perfectly, but honestly-in the space between who they are and who they are still learning to be. Because sometimes, understanding doesn't come naturally. It is built-quietly, patiently-through the smallest things.

The poem with a touch of humor, reflects a quiet, almost serene moment of contemplation during a mundane task. As the speaker washes dishes, their mind drifts, finding a metaphor in the pomegranate-life, with its challenges, requires careful handling, yet holds beauty in its tender moments. The speaker embraces the simplicity of the moment, discovering peace in the routine and realizing that life, with all its complexities, can still feel surprisingly okay. really love this piece. this poem was made without much thought, i just let my fingers dance around the keyboard and let my ideas spill impulsively. it turned out very well. it was like a story almost. very proud of myself with this one

This is my entry for the #SideHustle contest, which follows a 15-year-old girl named Kaira as she tries what are everyday chores for some people for the first time in her life. She doesn't need to, she can ask her parents for anything, but she wants some responsibility for once! Kaira is slightly based off me. I mess everything up, but because I'm clumsy. Kaira isn't clumsy, just inexperienced. Another thing we share in common is that we both want more responsibility, but in different ways. I have a lot, but I am often told what to do. I like to be leader. And not just of other people, of myself, too. I think it's mostly that I just want to be sure that I can, and proud that I can, make sure I get everything done on time and alright. I also had to get a book for school, but my parents payed for it, since it was a school thing.
