Chris Pine got a new car as an early going away present. Then he almost ran her over with it going on a test drive. "RED MEANS STOP, YOU IDIOT!" she shouted angrily as she stood up with royal Blue paint all over her clothes. Gwen Blaze was a painter and today just had to be the day things went from good to bad. "It turned green!'' Chris shouted back "Obviously you can't see!' Without any second thought, Gwen picked up the bucket and threw what was left of the blue paint onto his car. Gwen thought she would never see him so why not. Chris prayed he would do he could make her pay for the damages. Looks like God was was on his side. Later that week he saw her at his sisters engagment party that his parents were hosting. Gwen as the photographer. A little bit of sympathy falls on him when he is put in a situation where he wouldn't dare let a woman be embarrassed by something she can't control. From there, the two find some common ground on which they can both stand on and all Gwen can say, "This all happened because of my period...a sentence that no woman had ever said'' "Then we'll blame it all on the Blue paint.'' But even the paint washes off. He realizes that his six months in Virginia are over. That they're time together is over. Chris has one week left before he goes back to Afghanistan and hasn't told Gwen anything.

There are always two sides to a story, yet this story seems to have multiple. Mine is the hard one, the whole break up. The one where I try to hide what I feel, but fail miserably. Repeatedly. The one where most people feel sorry for you, they pity you. But don't worry, this story isn't my pity party. I'm passed all that. This story is set 7 years later. But instead of life moving on, I'm back again for round two with the same person. But the worst of it all is that my curiosity gets the best of me, and I have to know what happened. What brought him to disappear when everything was going perfectly fine? How he taught me to love and hate him and the world at the same time? But right now, I don't have time for that. I have to get ready for my best friend's big day. It might just be a big day for me, too. NOTICE: this book is INCOMPLETE and I don't plan on continuing it. I'm republishing it after taking it down. It's not my best work, I've grown a lot as a writer, but I still hope you enjoy some of my writing. Whether it's this one, or a current book I'm actually working on.
