Demons and evil spirits control the world. People are possessed, crime is the new norm, and evil spirits allied with Satan himself run rampant. Dain is a criminal turned knight, tasked with slaying demons to rid the world of their rule through the powers God, the king of kings, granted him. He's served many years in good faith. When Dain meets his beautiful wife, he decides to settle down and retire from the sword to raise a family. The Church allows it and everything goes well, for a time. When tragedy strikes Dain's family, he is forced to pick the sword up once again. Revenge and pure rage drives him to kill any demon in his path to get to the one that has wronged him. He will rip apart the world these beasts have stolen from the people, the ones created in God's image, and have tainted and ruined. He will set things right once and for all. He has to. It's the year 2100 and Anna Jackson is a black girl who lives in Seoul, South Korea. Her world is full of dragons, robots, and aliens. One day she finds a USB drive in the mail. The information on the USB informs her of what she must do, get the Crystalsphere (which is being held in China), and capture Dragon's breath in it. Then she must go to a forest in Mexico where she will find a time machine her parents built for her. She must use it to go back in time and find a Japanese man named Kazuki Sato. Together they will end the war and stop "The Great Smog" before it even happens.

Minor swear warning for the first chapter. Three to four total maybe? There is no mortal that has seen and communed with a Divine Being in history, not without dying before they could relay the story in true detail. Not until one of these beings falls to the surface of our world, and is forced into the life we as humans already know by heart. An angel's kind is not meant to live amongst mortals, even if they have a mission in our world. And it is only when a young man meets the fallen that the reason why is revealed. But sometimes, broken rules are not the terror we are taught they are. The authorities that put them there, they are.

The Republic is gone. The war is over, and no one side is the winner. The Jedi are all dead, and more and more clones are questioning the order they'd once followed blindly. Clone Force 99 is on their own, and within a burgeoning new Empire, their former sniper, Crosshair, is, too. Only that, above all else, he has to keep The Bad Batch safe and bring Crosshair home. There may or may not be a few complications in both of those plans. Or: I rewrote The Bad Batch series because I felt like the writers dropped the ball a little bit.
