Alex Ross is Emma's younger twin brother (By 2 minutes) and the second biological child of Morgan and Christina Ross. His family members don't really describe him as a "Nanny Killer" like his other siblings. Bertram often describe him as the "Sarcastic, but less annoying" one. He especially close to Emma, but that doesn't mean they never fight. Later, it turns out he's a great help to Jessie and Bertram. In fact, sometimes the nanny and butler think that he's the eldest child and not Emma. But, Jessie finds out that he may not be what he seems...
