Christopher LaSalle and Sonja Percy were fictional characters that found a place in the hearts of their television fans. Many of us regretted that they were never provided with the love story they deserved so I wrote this one for them and am republishing it upon request.

Trying to help, Tammy looked through Christopher LaSalle's desk for old case files. She came across a jewelry box with a locket. On the back of the locket was an inscription "I will miss you forever". Inside she found a photo of Christopher LaSalle and Sonja Percy. Damnit LaSalle, this could have made all the difference in the world. She returned the locket to the drawer and wiped the tears from her eyes as she walked back upstairs to the conference room.

All through their lives, it's always been Thomas and LaSalle, LaSalle and Thomas. From early childhood, Emily loved Chris, but not how he thought she did.

Sonja Percy aced English in high school and college. The last thing she needed was 'New York' telling her about prose. You never have to talk to me again Sonja but that man is your soulmate. Good Night!

Minding his own business an elderly Christopher LaSalle walked into the middle of a bank robbery. Two years later he is still suffering from the effects of the gun shot of the nervous bank robber. We are provided with a glimpse of Sonja and Christopher's life in his final days and an unexpected crossroad in their life together.

Distressed from learning of Sonja Percy's decision to leave New Orleans and NCIS, Chris Lasalle struggled with the final realization that she was gone. Six months after she left, he encountered an old photo of just the two them that undid all the healing that he had accomplished. He went straight home that night, tossed, turned and finally dozed off only to find himself in dreamland...

It took 18 months but Chris La Salle was finally able to return to duty after nearly dying after being shot by his brother's killer. King was so proud of him that he had worked so hard to get back into physical shape. Although the Director had serious doubts, he listened to his head shrink Jack Sloan and the Senior Field Agent. For some reason Tammy bore the brunt of his frustration and with that burden warned others just to stay way until he was back on his feet. To his dismay, he had no idea that warning was heeded by his former partner Sonja Percy. Fate finally allowed their reunion. And that is where this story begins.

Sonja Percy a 27 year old ex NCIS Agent is in deep trouble and cover after the flight that disappeared five and a half years mysteriously reappears causing international and federal trouble. Being the Best of the best at undercovers comes with its burden. Now she has to prove to her captive that these passengers are not a threat when they threaten otherwise she and her dogs are on the run. She just wants to go home to her family in NOLA especially now that her boyfriend is returning home, but that won't happen anytime soon Michelle Mackey and DeShawn Jackson hate their lives after they were booted out of Sydney and team they had grown to love after breaking multiple rules. Now agents afloats once again the two agents find themselves being the laughing and mocking stock of the ship because of their differences but after meeting a twenty year old kid they realize they are called for much more than they ever want to admit. This story tells a side of the story we didn't see between a spy on the inside and protectors of the passengers in different countries. They may not have solved the curse but their narrative may be just as important. This is their story

A late night phone call and the unfolding story that follows only confirms the thoughts that loyal NCIS New Orleans and Percy and LaSalle followers always suspected.

Christopher LaSalle faced another horrible tragic loss in life - the murder of his brother Cade. We were all shocked by the conclusion of his quest to find the killer. Some of us still think back to the interaction between Sonja Percy and Christopher in the squad room the day that she left NCIS when he spoke of "what might have been" and wondered as well.

Raymond Isler's unexpected call to the NCIS New Orleans office gave Christopher LaSalle a lot to think about. We are able to see that joy wins out over sadness in the long awaited love story of Sonja Percy and Christopher LaSalle.

One by one the former team members of NCIS New Orleans have passed on. A late night call changed the life of Christopher LaSalle as none of them could ever imagine.

We learned early on just how much Chris LaSalle loved Christmas so it would only be fitting that the day would play pivotal in his love life as well.
