Element Sentai chroma squad is inspired by power rangers and super Sentai. The events of this story take place in a city called Silica city where technology is extremely advanced. 30 years ago, 2 humans, Christopher and Stephannie, along with their friends Ethan and Mira, built a portal that allowed them to travel to different worlds, from now on referred to as realms. They all traveled together in various realms until Christopher and Stephannie decided to travel to a haunted realm named the void. They entered that realm but never returned. 30 years later, their son, Blaze, along with help of Ethan and Mira, manages to get the portal working. Blaze, with one goal in his mind, is on his way of finding his parents. Unfortunately, once they open the portal to the void, the portal starts to malfunction. As a result, 5 negative energies escape the void and enter the human world. Now it is up to Blaze and his friends to find and defeat those negative energies before they take over the world. Ethan and Mira tell Blaze about the prototype project that his parents started working on 30 years ago. Now, Blaze is ready to take the challenge and lead his team of humans named Ishiro, Terra, Ivy and Bolt. Together the 5 of them are "Element Sentai Chroma Squad". Even dying cannot stop them from achieving what they want.

Green eyes make for nobility. Vertiphs, as they're called, receive wealth and power. Those with blue eyes, the Azulaians are royalty, the kings and queens of the 23rd Century. There is one ranking that stands above all others. This is the order of Aurum. They are gods. The Aurei are the true rulers of the land. An Aureus is granted dominion for the one thing that sets him or her apart: his/her golden eyes. Scarlett's parents are an exception. Her mother is--or was--an Aureus. She was the love child of an Aureus and an Avello; the poor demigoddess who fell for the destitute mortal. Her father is a Marron. However, gold, hazel, and brown mix to make a color that is rather unpleasant, as were the results. My eyes are red. That's a color you won't find on the social color wheel. Yes, I'm blind, completely and one hundred percent sightless. My parents were a blunder, and so am I. So when she's given an opportunity to attend school with the one percent, Scarlett's got a decision to make: does she conform, fade into the crowd, become unseen like the world through her eyes?
