Chrysanthemum Stories

Chrys has always know who she was. Or, rather, what she was. Her mother raised Chrysanthemum to be proud of being a Warewolf, despite living among the humans. Chrys and her mother, Lilian, had accepted their fate of not belonging to a pack, as thoughout the years, they made friends with others who belonged to no packs either. She never questioned her mother about where they came from and she never will. She no longer can. It had been 5 years since Lilian passed away. The secret to her mother's passing still haunts Chrys to this day. On the anniversary of her mother's death, Chrys meets a stranger who adds to the long list of questions she wish she could of asked her mother.

"Let me tell you something. You are just like everybody else in this school. Only better. They come to school, learn, and then leave. You? You come here, listen to them talk about you, you walk alone through the halls, they walk all over you, they hurt you, and you go home stronger than before. Veiling a new identity as 'Sienna Holper' she accumulates fragments of her life from spending four years in a juvenile reformatory for being embroiled in a crime. She enrolls herself as a counsellor in the only juvenile reformatory center the town holds for delinquents to start a living. However, when an 18-year-old River Hodge is admitted as a delinquent, not your next-door neighbor's hormonal raging son but frivolous and blatant exterior wise yet concealed with the tag of 'insolence' before everyone's eyes. But we all know it's more than that. Resonance and friendship grow between sienna and River, the definition of existentialism, religion and life unfolds evolving into self-awareness between each one's past and pain. With past that unconsciously gobbles up their present. With present that's painted with humor and honey. Unseen by the coated consciousness they live in. Because normality is so damned underrated that people do not notice it lies among themselves.

Alice Rose and Stella Chrysanthemum are first years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Alice Rose is extremely smart and very open. Stella on the other hand isn't quite as smart as Alice but is very sneaky and mysterious. The girls meet on the Hogwarts Express and become best friends.
