Pentecost said to Chuck. "No!" I cried, my knees felt weak, but I kept struggling against Hercules. "It was a pleasure, sir." Chuck said sadly, I gasped hearing the explosion on Raleigh's end and the base slightly trembled. "NO!" I screamed falling on my knees, Hercules fell with me, so he just took a hold of me as I was sobbing on him.

Two names echoed through the halls of the Shatterdome. One was a Becket. The other, a Hansen. Both were thrown into a war they never asked for. When the world is being overrun by skyscraper sized aliens that emerge from the ocean, all that is on everyone minds is the safety of civilians. She rarely lets herself bow to those supposedly above her. Which is exactly why Marshall Stacker Pentecost contracted her to oversee the mental stability of his Pilots, starting with the Hansens.

She had lost her parents while running from one and her sister while fighting. Kristen meets Mr Becket, Raleigh after 5 years of war and the two tend to get very emotionally connected as they have both been through similar things. The two had met before but Kristen was only a rookie, learning the ropes and trying to find a drift partner. The two had both lost their sibling to a Jaeger fight, both had handed the Jaeger by themselves and had to live with the consequences. Will the two be able to mend each other to are they two broken to let someone else in...

Marty and Mikey Donoghue are a sibling pilot team from Boston, MA. They pilot the Jaeger, Romeo Blue, for the USA. While stationed in Alaska, they become fast friends with the Becket brothers, Yancy and Raleigh. And Marty even falls for Yancy. But just as they approached their two year anniversary, Yancy is killed during a Kaiju battle. Raleigh disappears, and the Donoghues are transferred to Australia. 5 years after Yancy's death, can Marty find love with the cocky, arrogant pilot of Striker Eureka, Chuck Hansen? Author Note: Marty and Mikey are 3 years app art in age but look just like twins. Marty is 5'3, has strawberry blonde hair, green eyes and scars on her body from the Jaeger suit. Marty entered the Jaeger Academy at age 16. Mikey is 6'3, has strawberry blonde hair, green eyes, and scars on his body from the Jaeger suit. Mikey entered the Jaeger Academy at age 19. The Donoghues have Boston accents and moved to California before the first Kaiju attack.

"Stop playing around. From now on you are to drift with him, and no complaints." Stacker screamed from the mess hall entrance, drawing a crowd. Your entire life as a jaeger pilot had shifted dramatically, following from the experience of losing your leg in a failed mission. So now, you were stuck drifting with the worst, most cockiest, pilot in the entire academy.

Emery Grace wants nothing more than to become a Jaeger pilot. So much so, she enrols in the Jaeger Academy and moves to Alaska to train there. In Emery's eyes, it was the most awesome thing on the planet until she met him. Chuck Hansen. He's cocky, arrogant and the exact opposite of what a Ranger should be. Chuck befriends Emery without her consent, but as he listens to nobody, her protests fall on deaf ears. They become close friends and are told that they are Drift Compatible. And when a real-life Jaeger - Scarlet Hazard - is brought in for the Rangers-in-training to experience and possibly pilot, Emery and Chuck are first in line. But something goes wrong when they are in the Jaeger, Emery starts seizing and falls into a coma while Chuck remains unharmed. Five years later, Emery remains comatose. The doctors receive permission to cut off her life support, against Chuck's will, but a week before it is scheduled to happen, Emery mysteriously wakes up. But with Kaiju attacks increasing in frequency, a Kaiju support terrorist group rising in popularity and an old pilot back on the scene, will Emery be able to survive in a world so different from the one she once knew? Six months have passed since the end of the war and life has moved on, except for one ex-ranger who continues to isolate himself in the past. Though he still does his job as newly appointed Marshal, nobody has heard from Herc. Broken. That's how Iris Potter felt. She thought being sent back in time and saving everyone would be great, but she was wrong. Saving people who were meant to die has a price and because of that Percy Weasley was dead. Iris thought when she got back she'd marry the love her life, Fred Weasley, but that's not what happened. After being ripped out of his jeager while battling a huge category 3 kaiju dubbed Knifehead, Yancy Becket thought he was dead. He should've been dead. There was no way he could be alive and yet he was. When Yancy awoke after months of being unconscious he found himself in a hospital bed in a small hospital of Beacon Hills, California. He then learned that the night he supposedly died his savior killed Knifehead and somehow managed to heal him. That savior was Iris Potter. His room had been cleaned out almost completely, the photographs ripped off the wall, the dressers still half open, and only a few piles of paper still spread haphazardly over the desk. A new type of Jaeger is built. One that is half the size of an average Jaeger and only needs one pilot. when a new pilot and Jaeger are transferred to the Hong Kong shatterdome, Raleigh, Yancy, Chuck, Herc, and Mako all don't really trust the new pilot. That's is, till the newbie takes down two category 3 kaiju, and saves Cherno Alpha and Crimson Typhoon. (A/N in this fanfiction Yancy lives, Chuck lives and Herc falls in love with my OC. don't like don't read)
