X and TikTok is swarming with edits, especially that bathtub scene and it feels like whenever I see a bathtub nowadays, I keep seeing that scene. So, how do I cope? I made a story that kinda plays around with that scene and their infamous dinner. Author's Note: For some reason while writing this fanfiction, Taylor Swift's "The 1" came to mind. Hence, the title of this story. She looked in the window and saw the snow pouring heavily outside. She half asleep walked to open the door and saw a box. Seulgi's eyes welled up with tears as she opened it and saw the hankuk University keychain, it was the keychain that she gave to Jaeyi. She ran while crying, desperately wanting to see the person who left the box. But she hadn't seen anyone. Once again, she looked at what was inside the box and saw a picture of the sea. She knew that place better than anyone else. With tears in her eyes and hope in her heart, she smiled whispering the words "thank you for being alive and see you soon, Jaeyiyah."

After Seulgi learns her beloved friend is alive, Jae-yi and her reunite at the dock, in the island that Seulgi got lost at and grew up in.

This might be my collection of Jaeyi x Seulgi oneshots. Stay tuned, guys! First of all, I don't even know what title I should choose. I just got the idea and wrote it. This also means it really short and direct story. This story is about Jaeyi and Seulgi, as I've been really crazy about them since last year. I love angst and hurtful feelings, so... Enjoy. 😂
