Raika Hatake also known as 'THE SILVER FLASH OF KONOHA' is the daughter of no one else but Kakashi Hatake. Raika became genin at 6, chunin at 7, jonin at 8 and anbu at 9 and currently she is 11. She entered the Bingo book at 10. She is the strongest kunoichi in konoha. And also to tell you guys she is half Uchiha. Everything was going smoothly, until the day kakashi and hokage decided to place Raika in team 7. She thinks that her life is going to be boring without any S-rank and A-rank mission to do.
