I'm going to ignore the graduation and land of Waves arc. Though I will slightly explain Naruto's birth and a bit of his childhood. This is an evil Naruto fanfiction. Gaara decides the best way to prove himself is to enter the next chunin exam despite the fact Suna is still looking for a new Kazekage. Tsunade stipulates Naruto must also take the exams, much to the young leaf ninja's irritation. Many of the other young genin from the leaf village are also planning to participate, and everyone has their own reasons for attempting the next exams. For most the exams are a step in their journey to grow up. Note - I do not own Naruto. This is an AU where everyone aims for the next chunin exams which are set six months after the ones taking place in the series. Written for Just Write It, March 2016, the theme being sports fiction. Quite a few of the roles in the story could not be filled by canon characters, so I am going to be using quite a few OCs. My brother had a hand in helping me develop the twins, though truth be told we disagreed on what they should be like just as much as we agreed.
