A/N: This is the sequel to my Chyan story 'Me and My Play Maker'. This takes place during the second movie, except in this book they are already dating. It'll obviously differ pretty largely from the plot of the movie, but not just in regards to Chyan. It had only been a month and a half since Ryan and Chad went on their date and officially became a couple. Summer had just began and the two expected to see each other only one or two times a week while Ryan was at his family's resort for the summer, but that was thrown off when Sharpay made yet another scheme to win over Troy's affection, and Ryan saw an opportunity to spend more time with his boyfriend. Things get messy when Ryan realizes what is best for his relationship and his new friends may sometimes mean going against his dear sister. Though the two boys are head over heels for each other, they still have a lot to learn about the other and the boundaries of their relationship. Unfortunately for them, it won't always be in a pleasant way. Or the short version: what happens when you're dating the twin brother of the girl who has had a massive crush on your best friend for years. Since the signing of the pact in 1881, the vampires in the drama club and the werewolves in the basketball team have tolerated each other at East High. But when human Gabriella Montez shows up and persuades Troy Bolton to take part in the musical with her, vampires and werewolves must work together to reset the status quo. Will Chad and Ryan help, or will they find a way to break free?

This is a remake of the third movie in the trilogy. There won't be many songs sung, though the meaning behind some lyrics might be in their thoughts. I don't own these characters; Disney does. Troy has been broken up with Gabriella since they had a fight at Lava Springs. Troy eventually came to his senses and quit his job, leading to Sharpay to revoke her prohibition on the staff performing. Gabriella had quit as well, leaving for Albuquerque for the remainder of the summer. It starts in the fall when the school year is first starting.

This is a Chyan AU, it follows the majority of the actual plot of the HSM series but something's are mixed around, this takes place somewhere between the first and second movies Ryan Evans is one of the only openly gay guys at East High, singling him out greatly in most things. But when the Wild Cats start to come together to put on a spring play for the school (thanks to Star basket ball player Troy Bolton and math genius Gabriella Montez's budding romance), Ryan finds himself opening up to his fellow Wild Cats, and in turn falling for a certain curly-haired basketball player.

He is a all-star athlete, He has a sassy twin sister named Liz that would protect him at all times. He had a best friend named Troy Bolton but their friendship ended because Chad came out as gay to Troy and Troy stopped talking to him completely and made fun of him when Liz was not there to protect him. Ryan Evans is also a 18 year old highschool student going to East High School. He's a theater kid and has a twin sister as well name Sharpay. Ryan is best friends with Liz who also protects him from the homophobic people in East High especially Troy. Ryan is openly gay and he's not afraid to flaunt it but does hate himself because of other people. Ryan is also in love with Chad and Troy knows it and bullies him because of that. Chad and Ryan are two completely different people from two completely different cliques. They have nothing in common. That was until the baseball game. Now Chad has to question everything he's ever known about dance, singing, and Ryan.

(/or Ryan Evans orders room service in excuse to see Chad so the two can talk and make out their locker room exchange)
