He is good in managing employees and for planning, marketing, Coordinating and administering hotel Services such as Room booking, hotel booking , catering accommodating Facilities related to hotel management. Chyi Chiann Cheah work is mostly office based , where as manager of Smaller hotels , restaurant often have frequent contact with both customers and employees. Chyi Chiann Cheah duty ' s part is recruiting, training and supervising staff of the hotel . Managing the budget that is allotted to the hotel . Chiy Chiann Cheah maintains statistical and financial records so that these records helps him to analyses the progress from previous year. He plans about the maintenance work of hotel, events and room booking. Chyi Chiann Cheah also handle customers Complaints and queries and then try to solve them so that customer will not complain again.
