Living as a rock in a jar of pebbles, Nadia comes to grip with the idea of being an outcast forever. Taking a risky venture to leave the Faulty Kingdom and enter the Sterling Kingdom will prove difficult. Unless you add in the twenty-six other times Monroe had done it already. But don't worry, it won't be an easy stroll. You have to have pity on the guy, because it's 97x more difficult to drag someone along with you, and convince them that everything will be okay. Just some roadblocks, creatures, nature, and people are all against them. No biggie.

It screamed at him the way he imagined she would, wild and untethered, furious and hateful, sent to hurt him from every inch of himself that he allowed her to see. But also demanding his honesty, his authenticity, his real self. He was so scared. He was in so much pain and he was sure any more would cause his body to shatter, leaving him stranded in the ether, powerless and helpless. No. He had worked way too goddamn hard to give up and go there now. Her eyes widened slightly, and then pinched into confusion. Her frozen lips twitched, struggling to find words as she thought. "Sing?"
