Cinnie Stories

In the nation of Panem, there was a second war where the Capitol won against the rebels. The Capitol is starting up the Hunger Games again. Haymitch and Effie had 2 children, Cinnie (named after Cinna), and Kat (named after Katniss). Kat is only 6, while Cinnie is 14. She is old enough to be chosen to participate in the Hunger Games. The reaping bowls are rigged to where she will be reaped, because of her parent's participation in the rebellion. When the Games take an unusual twist, they aren't what everyone expects them to be. With someone already out to get her, and an enemy protecting her, will she survive?
