A rudimentary rewrite of the Rings of Power. Our overlords, headed by the Dark Lord Bezos, have sullied The One Tolkien's prophecy. I present to you my head-cannon rewrite of the show. I also will be using more source material than the bastardized show, but even with my best effort of research and understanding of the Silmarillion et cetera, I cannot promise my retelling will take into account every ounce of lore that has ever been written of Ea. Note: My prose and linguistic skills will never rival the likes of Tolkien, but I have a deep appreciation and care for his storytelling. I will try my best to give respect to his original works and tone but just know that (I believe) no one has ever rivaled his skill, therefore mine will be no different. At least I am not motivated by turning a profit by commodifying a deeply spiritual legendarium carefully crafted by one of the best artists of all time. Dopo la rovina del Beleriand e la fine della Guerra d'Ira, gli Eldar rimasti nella Terra di Mezzo dovettero imparare a vivere in un mondo nuovo. Le terre antiche erano perdute sotto le acque, molte stirpi erano scomparse e il ricordo delle guerre contro Morgoth gravava ancora sugli animi dei sopravvissuti. Eppure, sulle rive del Grande Mare, nacque un regno destinato a custodire la speranza degli Eldar: il Lindon, governato da Gil-galad, ultimo Alto Re dei Noldor in esilio. In quei giorni di pace ancora fragile, mentre i Porti Grigi risuonavano del canto dei marinai e le grandi case degli Elfi cercavano nuove strade nel mondo, viveva Airendil, figlia di Aerandir, compagno di Eärendil il Marinaio, e di Nemiriel, spirito delle acque al servizio di Ulmo. Cresciuta tra le navi di Círdan il Carpentiere e legata al mare da un vincolo più antico della memoria degli Eldar, Airendil appartiene a due mondi: quello delle rive e quello delle profondità, quello dei figli di Eru e quello degli spiriti che custodiscono le acque di Arda. Quando strane ombre iniziano a muoversi oltre le rotte conosciute e alcuni velieri scompaiono senza lasciare traccia, Círdan affida alla sua giovane araldo una missione sulle acque del Grande Mare. Ciò che ella scoprirà sarà soltanto il primo segno di una minaccia ancora nascosta, mentre nei regni degli Elfi cresce lentamente il timore che il male non sia stato davvero sconfitto. Al suo ritorno ai Porti Grigi, Airendil incontrerà ancora una volta Gil-galad, il re che porta sulle spalle l'eredità di coloro che vennero prima di lui: un sovrano nato dalle rovine del Beleriand, ultimo custode di una stirpe segnata dalla perdita e dalla speranza. Fra il mare che la richiama e una corona che non può dimenticare il proprio dovere, Airendil scoprirà che alcuni legami non nascono dal desiderio di possedere o salvare qualcuno, ma dalla difficile scelta di comprendere ciò che ciascuno è destinato a essere.

Vanafin, Celebrimbor, Aearion, and their new friend-a mysterious half-elf who claims to be the son of Lady Haleth-named Durion must find a way to survive in this new land of Middle-Earth. Morgoth has been chained up and taken away, Sauron has gone missing in the war, Beleriand has fallen beneath the sea, Elros has chosen to lead the race of men on the island of Numenor. All elves that remain in Middle-Earth now turn their head to one elf who has not yet paid the price of the Kinslayings; many of those elves won't stop the hunt until he is dead. Disclaimer: I do not own the world of Middle-Earth. All of that belongs to JRR Tolkien. I just simply wish to share some possible ideas for what it would be like if there were more Feanorians in Middle-Earth.
